Tim Boyles

Tim Boyles transitioned from 17 years in corporate accounting (CliftonLarsonAllen, ICP) into real estate in 2018. A cancer survivor, he brings that same perseverance to every transaction. As your REALTOR®, Tim delivers commitment and professionalism whether you’re buying or selling.

Since joining Weichert, Realtors® - Courtney Valleywide, Tim has served the Phoenix Metro, specializing in Chandler and Gilbert. Known for his attention to detail and strong negotiation skills, he always puts his clients’ best interests first and remains highly accessible throughout the process.

Married to Karla for 18 years, they are proud parents to Addison, an ASU robotics engineering student. An Air Force veteran, Tim is active in the local community.

 

In his free time, Tim enjoys hiking, camping, and collecting baseball cards. He and Karla have hiked the Grand Canyon and Havasu Canyon — and he brings that same long-game mindset to every client he serves.
